1) Describe your wedding style.
My photography style is a mixture of documentary, creative, and a little bit of edge. Sure, it’s nice to have posed pictures of the bride and groom smiling nicely at the camera- but I think a wedding is so much more than that. It’s about documenting a love story. Not just the big moments, but every moment, every glance, every tear in-between. Those moments that capture a love story.
2) Why are engagement sessions included?
As I am intimately involved in your wedding day, I hold it to the utmost importance that we develop a good relationship before your day arrives. I include a complimentary engagement session with all wedding packages. These sessions are a perfect way for us to spend time together, just the three of us and for you to become very comfortable infront of the camera and get to know my photography style.
3) Who is your client?
I will be honest, I am not for everyone, and everyone is not for me. I want to work with couples who love creativity, and out-of-the-box ideas. More importantly, if you are solely looking for a vendor, for a photographer to simply show up the day of, complete their job, and call it a day, then I am not for you. I’m about relationship. I’m talking investing. I want to know you and feel like part of the family come your wedding day.
4) Do you specialize?
Yes and no. Though I love intimate weddings, I photograph quite a variety. I want to be as intimately involved in documenting your day as I can be. I utilize natural light to it’s fullest and love to zero in on weddings that are located outdoors or in beautifully lit indoor venues. Church rooms or community halls- not so much; I generally stay away from those.
5) How long will it take to receive our pictures?
Depending on your wedding coverage, I will spend 20-40 hours editing your images. You will receive your gallery of edited images between 6-8 weeks after your wedding date. Your images will be delivered two ways- via an online downloadable gallery, as well as a USB.
6) Do you have insurance?
